Guinea Pig Appreciation Day (7.16.25) Mary Larkin was a star!

Today is Guinea Pig Appreciation Day!

We invited Mary Larkin to visit today because she submitted the name Miss Maple and that name was included on the ballot of name choices for one of our new guinea pigs. By popular vote, Miss Maple won. (Oreo was already named when we got her.)

We presented Mary with one of our Oreo and Miss Maple tote bags (available for $10 at the library). We also gave Mary and her husband Stan treats of Oreos and Maple Syrup hard candies. Hurray!
