Richard Mullen, Library Star!

RICHARD MULLEN was a library star when he was alive. And he is also a library star from beyond the grave!

From July 4, 2024: At work today, catching up. My grateful heart is bursting! The checks arrived bequeathed by Richard Mullen, an angel. Little did he know he was making up a shortfall of our 2024 library budget because of a necessary cut in funding from the City of Seymour. It was so frightening but I chose FAITH. Thank you to all, the living and those in the afterlife who support libraries. Thanks to the Board of Trustees’ members and OWLS leadership who insisted on my patience and tenacity and to ABOVE ALL, breathe.
