Our library star is Lisa Daugherty who is a tutor for Empowered Tutoring working in our back space!
I was absolutely thrilled to hear that Lisa was going to be in our learning space. I have known her as a strong educator for decades.
She cares very deeply for children. She has a great educational background herself and she has a wonderful rapport with her students. I love hearing her laughing with them!
While Lisa is in our building she is learning all about our library and what’s new. Lisa is an avid reader and habitually she has been a library patron. It is so cool when patrons have some extra time to explore our building and find out about our services.
The library never stands still so there is always new information to learn about what is going on! Lisa is curious about all of it. We love that!
