Exploring Chakra Energies through Poetry, Writing & Sharing Shari Liesch, MSN, APNP-PC

Participants will explore seven Chakra energy fields through the power of poetry, reflection, writing and connecting. Each Chakra level will be explored through reading select poetry, individual writing time and group discussion (if desired). Individual and collective experiences explored are aimed at renewing our energy and embracing our sameness and diversities . ​
