Yarnapalooza: Color Our World with wool and yarn

Color Your World with wool and yarn Fiber Art workshop

Thursday evenings 7 to 9 p.m.

June 12-August 14, 2025 (July 3, 2025 no meeting)

• Ages 10 years and up
• Try your hand at learning a new skill or refresh your memory if it’s been awhile!
• Sessions are introductory only. All equipment and supplies will be provided unless otherwise specified.

JUNE 12, 2025 FIBER STUDY

Sample different kinds of fibers: Animals (various sheep, alpaca, Angora rabbit), man-made (synthetic and acrylic) and plant-based (bamboo, banana, pearl-infused, etc.)

Participants will have the opportunity to card and/or comb wool fleece, use a drop spindle to spin the wool, and try a spinning wheel.
